Our stay at The Crane was a mix of wonderful experiences and some concerns. The staff provided exceptional service, and the beautiful ocean views and pools made it a enjoyable retreat. However, we did face some issues with room cleanliness and maintenance, which were disappointing given the high expectations. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
