Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at The Crane was a mix of wonderful experiences and some concerns. The staff provided exceptional service, and the beautiful ocean views and pools made it a enjoyable retreat. However, we did face some issues with room cleanliness and maintenance, which were disappointing given the high expectations. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
My experience at the resort was highly disappointing due to numerous issues with the room and amenities. While the grounds were clean and the pool areas were nice, the service and dining were far from what I expected at a '5-star resort'. The broken lift made accessing the beach extremely difficult, especially for my child, and the food quality certainly left much to be desired.
I stayed at the Crane for two weeks, and while there were some beautiful aspects, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The views were stunning, and the spacious rooms were mostly clean and comfortable, but I found some details lacking, especially in the dining and pool facilities. The location is beautiful with great sea views, but the beach experience was marred by an abundance of seaweed.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. The views were absolutely stunning, and the layout of the property offered many peaceful spots to unwind. However, the service left a lot to be desired, as there were repeated issues with food orders and staff attitude. My room was decent but had its drawbacks, especially with the broken air conditioning. Overall, it's a beautiful place, but be prepared for some service hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was mixed, with a few nice moments tempered by some serious letdowns. While I loved my room, which had a plunge pool and was quite spacious, the overall experience was marred by the lack of hospitality, run-down dining options, and the disappointing state of the beach. The hotel has potential, especially with its beautiful nighttime ambience, but I felt it wasn't exactly a vacation vibe I was looking for.
My stay at the hotel was marred by ongoing construction, which created an unpleasant atmosphere despite the beautiful property. The accommodations were comfortable once we finally got a functioning air conditioner, but service was hit or miss. The beach's conditions also left much to be desired due to an abundance of seaweed. Though the hotel has potential, my experience was disappointing overall.
Our stay at the resort was truly a mixed bag. The beachview rooms with private plunge pools were exceptional and made for a luxurious experience. However, we faced several issues with the dining options and service during our stay, which detracted from the overall experience. While the facilities were impressive, some aspects of management could use improvement.
The Crane Resort offers a luxurious stay with spacious, comfortable accommodations and breathtaking ocean views. The restaurant experience was mostly enjoyable but limited in variety due to alternating open days. The beach is beautiful but may not be suitable for children because of rough seas. Prices for dining could be clearer as some aspects felt a bit misleading about service charges, which detracted from the overall experience.
